Every competitor must be in good health condition.
It is forbidden to use prohibited stimulants, alcohol and psychoactive substances before and during the competition.
Carry mobile phone with fully charged battery.
Save the phone number of the organizers and inform them in case of a problem or withdrawal from the competition.
Follow the marked route.

Please do not litter!
Take care of each other. Call the organisers if you see that somebody needs help.
Put your race number where it can be easily seen by the marshals.
At the checkpoints, be sure that your number is seen and/or heard by the marshals.
Dress appropriately, considering the weather forecast and the fact that the weather on the mountain is cold and unstable.

This year, in order to reduce waste, we will not be providing small plastic bottles of water. Each competitor must carry their own bottle or cup. At each checkpoint station, there will be water for re-fill.
Each runner must carry a torch.
Each cyclist must have a helmet.
